Succeeding in tough times
When Bill Russell was the player/coach of the Boston Celtics, he was asked why they consistently won the championships. He responded that when things started going bad, other teams usually began changing their game. The Celtics were very aware of their strengths and well prepared in their skill sets. When things got tough, they refocused on their goals and played their game instead of floundering around with ad hoc tactics.
